• Admin: Responsible for managing content, users, and overseeing platform operations.

MTF EVENTS collects personal and company information from all registered users (Exhibitors, Buyers, and other users), including names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, and other relevant data.

Data Sharing:

MTF EVENTS may share data between Buyers and Exhibitors to facilitate meetings, partnerships, and event-related communications. This means:

• Exhibitors will have access to Buyer information (such as contact details).
• Buyers will have access to Exhibitor information (such as company details and contact details).
• Both Buyers and Exhibitors must handle this data responsibly and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations.

MTF EVENTS takes reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, we are not responsible for how other users (Buyers/Exhibitors) handle your data once shared.
